Our spirits are made with organic cracked corn, malted barley and other grains from Washington county. Our spirits are aged in charred honeycomb American oak barrels.
All of our ingredients are natural, and we work with local suppliers in New York State. This includes our honey and maple whiskey products.
We also use raspberries, lemon peel and Indonesian cinnamon to flavor our moonshine. Everything we produce is from nature, not a lab.
