BOURBONS, AGED WHISKEY, INFUSED MOONSHINES:
Organic cracked corn/malted barley from Washington county. Aged in charred honeycomb American oak barrels. Barrels are from US Barrel in Lake Placid.
We are currently testing a series of Bourbon recipes with a variety of proofs to be tasted at the Farm Markets and Festivals.
Barrel aged Honey Whiskey in a limited addition is ready. The honey barrel was used to age honey by Pleasant Valley in Argyle NY.
A new batch of Cinnamon Moonshine has been bottled.
Thru our travels to other states/countries over the years, we have found the northeast corn to be the most flavorful, moist, tender and sweet.
